What is the Warranty for our Fans ?
The Warranty and Warranty Terms and Conditions depend on the Brand of the Fan and the application mode. Please find here below listed all Warranties by Brand and application.
As a General Condition for all Brands please be aware that if a Warranty claim is not within the Warranty Terms and Conditions or the Warranty Claim is thru to a third party not proper installation an eventual requested on-site visit will be charged.
1+1 YEAR IN - HOME WARRANTY + 5 YEARS ON MOTOR ON BEACON® CEILING FANS
ceilingfan.ae warrants Beacon ceiling fan products and component parts to the original consumer purchaser or commercial purchaser, for the applicable period specified below.
All our fittings have a minimum 12 month warranty, if installed by a qualified electrician. We provide a 2-year in-home warranty on all hard-wired fans if installed by a from ceilingfan.ae approved and qualified electrician.
CEILING FAN MOTOR OR MOTOR-RELATED PARTS
On the Motor or Motor related parts we give an additional 5 years warranty added to the in-home warranty as mentioned above.
LED LIGHT ENGINES AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
1+1 year from the date of purchase when the ceiling fan containing the LED light engine and electrical components is installed for residential or commercial use by a qualified electrician.
OTHER PARTS
1+1 year from the date of purchase of the ceiling fan. Covered parts include, but are not limited to, blades, remote controls, down rods, components, housing, or finish. (Finish is subject to how and where the fan is used).
WHAT WE WILL DO
ceilingfan.ae at their sole discretion, will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any product or component part (as described above) that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Your supplier may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from those originally supplied. These are your exclusive remedies.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following carry no warranty other than the manufacturer’s warranty:
Light bulbs supplied by, but not manufactured by ceilingfan.ae
This warranty does not cover brass finishes on the products described above, as they are likely to naturally age or tarnish. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from reasonable wear and tear, voltage outside of the standard 220-240v (50hz) range, misuse (including use of the product for an unintended application), abuse, improper packaging of product returned to ceilingfan.ae, neglect
and improper or incorrect installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. ceilingfan.ae recommends using a professional electrician for all installation and repair of its products. The warranty will not cover replacement installation costs.

CasaFan products are marked with the following guarantee marks and have the following meaning:

3 years total warranty
The manufacturer grants a 3 year warranty on all delivered product. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer will provide one of the following services within the scope of the warranty at his choice:
- Repair or replacement of parts
- If repair is impossible or uneconomical, CasaFan will replace the unit with an equivalent replacement unit.
Not included and limited to 1 year warranty are remote controls and light-sources / lamps.

The manufacturer grants 15 years warranty on the delivered motor. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer will provide one of the following services within the scope of the warranty at his choice:
- Repair of the motor or
- Replacement against an equivalent or new engine (possibly also a successor model).
20 years limited motor warranty
for ALU, HELICO PADDEL,
The manufacturer grants 20 years warranty on the delivered motor throughout Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer will provide one of the following services within the scope of the warranty at his choice:
- Repair of the motor or
- Replacement against an equivalent or new engine (possibly also a successor model).
25 years limited motor warranty

CONDITIONS
If any of the parts of your ceiling fan other than the motor's is faulty at any moment within the 3-year period since its purchase date due to an original material defect or manufacturing, the replacing of the part or its repair will be completely free of charge.
If the motor of your ceiling fan is faulty at any moment within the 15 years since its purchase due to an original material defect or manufacturing, the replacing of the part or its repair (we Hill consider it) completely free of charge for the part or the work carried out, if the part is delivered in its original package together with all its accessories.
For any claim, you must attach the purchase ticket to this guarantee.
If the reparation should fail to satisfy the customer and/or the object fail to present the optimum condition for the use to which it is destined the guaranteed holder will have the right to the substitution of the acquired item for another of identical characteristics.
Do not install the product if it is damaged. This lighting was properly packed in such a way that its smaller parts could not get damaged during its transport. Inspect everything to confirm that nothing was damaged.
We reserve the right our specialists to study each product returned, leaving the warranty exempt in case of demonstrating that the incidence or failure has been caused by the user, due to installation problems or elements unrelated to the product.
A representative of the manufacturer will have access to the defective products. This warranty does not cover labour costs for the disassembly of the products.
If the manufacturer chooses to replace a defective product but cannot do so, because it is not manufactured or is no longer available, the manufacturer rnay replace the product with a comparable product (whose design or specifications rnay vary slightly). The replacement will be effective only for the damaged unit. This limited warranty shall only be valid when the product has been properly installed, connected and is functioning with the correct electrical values, operating range and at the environmental conditions set forth in the technical specifications, according to the guidelines, instructions, IEC standards or any other document supplied with the Products.
The manufacturer is not responsible for the electrical power supply conditions, including the voltage surges, the voltage fluctuations, the control systems for power waving that exceed the specified limits of the products and those defined in the relevant supply rules.
This warranty is not valid for damages or malfunctions due to force majeure or any type of fraudulent, incorrect use, misuse, anomalous use or use that violates the rules, codes or the corresponding instructions of use, including without limitation the contents regarding the latest safety rules, as well as the latest industry and/or electricity regulations in the relevant regions.
The maintenance of the product must be carried out according to the instructions and by specialized personnel only.
An adequate record of the operating history must be kept at the disposal of the manufacturer to be inspected at any moment.
If it is determined that a product is defective or does not function in accordance with the product specifications, the buyer must notify the manufacturer in writing. All warranty periods mentioned are subject to a representative of the manufacturer being able to access the defective product or system to check such non-conformity. The warranty claims must be notified and sent to the manufacturer's regional office within 30 days of such indication, and at least the following information must be specified (additional information may be requested):

Defective products. For the guarantees of a System, other components that are used must also be specified.

Date of installation and invoice date.

A detailed description of the problem, the amount and the per- centage of malfunctions, together with the fault date code.

The application, the functioning hours and switching cycles.

When the warranty claim is justified, the manufacturer shall bear the transportation costs. The manufacturer may invoice to the client the returned products that are not defective or nonconforming, together with the associated transportation, verification, and handling expenses.
This warranty does not cover:

Any exposure to corrosive environments or aggressive gases of chemical origin.

Negligent, improper, or inappropriate use.

Use of the product at a different environmental temperature than the one specified.

In LED light sources, faults smaller than 0.2% for every 1000h.

Decrease of luminous flux of less than 30% in LED light sources.

Relative humidity in the installation above 80%, or if the conditions have been exceeded according to the IP rating of the product for which it was designed.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON HUNTER® CEILING FANS

EXPRESS MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE
This Hunter Fan Ceiling Fan or Hunter pole mounted Ceiling Fan (“Ceiling Fan”) is guaranteed by the Hunter Fan Company of 2500 Frisco Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38114, United States of America (“Hunter”/”we”/”us”) for the benefit of the original user or consumer purchaser (“You”) against defects in material or workmanship (“Defect”):
1. At any time following purchase if such a Defect occurs in relation to the motor of the Ceiling Fan;
2. For or a period of two years after the date of purchase for any other Defect. If such a Defect occurs, Hunter will repair or, at our option, replace the Defective part free of charge. Labour to repair the Defective part will, likewise, be provided free of charge.
As part of our desire to improve our products, we may, from time to time, change the products within our range or their component parts. Therefore, if you make a claim under this Guarantee and an identical part or product is not available, we may replace a Ceiling Fan (or any part of that Ceiling Fan) that has a Defect with a similar product (or part) of the same or improved specification.
This Guarantee relates solely to Defects to the Ceiling Fan.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This guarantee does not extend to glass globes, light bulbs or to the finish on any metal portion of the Ceiling Fan. The Guarantee does not cover any damage caused to any property by a defective Ceiling Fan.
This guarantee will not apply if:
(a) The Ceiling Fan is not purchased and installed in the Middle East or Levant.
(b) The Ceiling Fan is not installed correctly in accordance with Hunter’s specifications or instructions; or
(c) Any fault, defect, loss, damage, injury or claim results from the improper or incorrect use of the Ceiling Fan, improper repairs of the Ceiling Fan by non-authorised persons, the direct or indirect acts of a third party, or any other reason whatsoever with the exception of a Defect in your Ceiling Fan.
The guarantee will no longer be effective if:
• You cease to own the Ceiling Fan
• The Ceiling Fan is moved from the initial location in which it is fitted

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON KICHLER® CEILING FANS
ceilingfan.ae warrants Kichler ceiling fan products and component parts to the original consumer purchaser or commercial purchaser, as applicable, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable period specified below.
CEILING FAN MOTOR OR MOTOR-RELATED PARTS
For the lifetime of the ceiling fan, which is reasonably considered to be ten (10) years, from the date of purchase.
LED LIGHT ENGINES AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
Five (5) years from the date of purchase when the ceiling fan containing the LED light engine and electrical components is installed for residential or commercial use by the original consumer purchaser. For commercial purchasers, the warranty period is three (3) years from the date of purchase.

3 YEARS IN - HOME WARRANTY + 10 YEARS ON MOTOR ON myfancyfan® CEILING FANS
ceilingfan.ae warrants myfancyfan ceiling fan products and component parts to the original consumer purchaser or commercial purchaser, for the applicable period specified below.
All our fittings have a 3-years in-home warranty on all hard-wired fans if installed by a from ceilingfan.ae approved and qualified electrician. In case the ceiling fan is not installed by a from ceilingfan.ae or myfancyfan approved and qualified electrician the in-home warranty will be reduced to 1--year from date of purchase.
